History
Marketplace.Ink is a division of Start Mobile Inc. that focuses exclusively on developing marketplaces. We have made more than 20 different marketplaces in the last 3 years.
Our company has been on the market since 2010 and specializes in developing mobile applications and e-commerce solutions: marketplaces, applications for online stores, ready-to-eat food delivery, and various startups.

We apply the Scrum project management methodology in our work. This gives our clients a number of advantages:
Every six weeks we deliver a ready-to-publish project;
The resulting new functionality will start to bring you additional profit earlier than with long iterative development, because at the end of each sprint you receive ready-to-publish app. Thus, development becomes more profitable than with classic long cycles using the “Waterfall” methodology;
Development control. By regularly (every 6 weeks) receiving the finalized tested versions of the application, you constantly have a complete picture of the current state of development. In normal development, the application is in work for several months, after that comes the testing phase and only then it can be demonstrated to the customer. That is, the average period of one iteration in classic development takes 4 months.
The second important principle is Lean Software Development, most fully described in the famous best-selling book on the principles of development of one of the most reliable and affordable Japanese cars “Tao Toyota”. This principle is expressed in practice in the following points:
Rapid project launch. As a rule, the first public version of the project is ready for use already 6 weeks after the start of work. Advantages for the client: an advertising campaign with links to the site and application can be started much earlier than in the case of conventional development. This allows you to significantly reduce the cost of attracting a user, because the rapid attraction of visitors is always more expensive than organic gradual increase.
Do the most important things first. We often work on large and complex projects, but for a quick launch it is necessary to emphasize the most important parts of the project, without which the launch is impossible. Therefore, when planning, we first identify and evaluate such critical blocks for the launch. We carry out further planning and evaluation based on the results of the pilot launch of the project together with the client.
